Membership Eligibility

Cen-Tex Manufacturing  Credit Union welcomes members to open an account and become part of the credit union family. To be eligibe to have an account with us, you must be employed by 3M or be a family member of an employee. Membership is easy. Stop by the credit union during normal business hours, provide us with your information, and deposit $25.00 + $1.00 non-refundable new member fee. It is that simple. Once you are a member, you can start to enjoy all the benefits that the credit union has to offer you.

Share Accounts

Cen-Tex Manufacturing Credit Union offers three different share accounts, the Regular Share, Special Share and Christmas Share Account. The Regular Share Account would operate like a normal savings account, where the Special Share Account would be used to save for specific expenses. (i.e. home repairs, educational expenses, house taxes, etc,.) The Christmas Share Account would be used for Christmas shopping.

CURRENT CHRISTMAS ACCOUNT INTEREST

Minimum 2.00%, to be at least .50 basis point above regular interest accounts and capped at $3,000.00.

Funds from the Christmas account can only be withdrawn between November 1st and December 31st without receiving a fee.  If withdrawn outside of those dates, there will be a $5.00 fee.
